DOWNLOADS & PRINTING
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASE?
Download links are available immediately after purchase. You'll also receive an email with your download links, and you can log in to your account anytime to access previous orders.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY DOWNLOAD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Use the Account link at the bottom of the page to log in and access your downloads. If that doesn't work for you, just drop us a line anytime. We'll be happy to help!
CAN I DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASE AGAIN LATER?
Absolutely! There's no time limit on your downloads. We wouldn't do that to ya! 😜
DO I NEED SPECIAL SOFTWARE TO OPEN THE FILES?
Nope! All our downloadable files are PDFs, which you can open in most web browsers. No special software needed.
CAN I PRINT ON A4 OR US LETTER PAPER?
Yes! We include both A4 and US Letter sizes with all our downloadable products, so you're good to go wherever you live.
WHAT PAPER AND PRINTER SETTINGS SHOULD I USE?
Ordinary printer paper works perfectly for most of our products. Some crafts work better with cardstock, but don't worry — the instructions will let you know.
Your printer's normal settings should do the trick, too. If anything needs special treatment, we'll explain it in the instructions.
CAN I PRINT MY PURCHASE MORE THAN ONCE?
Yes! And you'd be surprised how many times we've been asked this question! 🙋♀️

HOW DO I ASSEMBLE MULTI-PAGE BIG POSTERS?
The best way is to print the trim-able sheets and trim them using a guillotine. Afterwards simply lay the poster out on a clean, flat and dry surface. Turn each sheet over and reverse their position —left to right and vice versa (this is the same effect as if turning the poster over). Now, carefully spot tape the corner joins —making sure the sheets are flush with each other. Finally, place full length tape allow all joins to create a super strong poster. Voila!

CAN I USE YOUR PRINTABLES AT BIRTHDAY PARTIES OR IN CLASSROOMS?
Yes. You can use them wherever you like.
CAN I SHARE THE FILES WITH OTHER PEOPLE?
Yes. You're welcome to print copies for friends, family, parties, and classrooms. Please don’t offer them for sale elsewhere. A lot of love and work goes into making these little creations.
CAN I SELL THINGS MADE USING YOUR PRINTABLES?
Yes! You're welcome to sell physical crafts and finished artwork you've made using our templates, including posters and coloring sheets you've colored yourself.
Please don't resell or redistribute the original digital templates or unmodified printed copies of our designs.
CAN I PERSONALISE ANY OF THE DESIGNS?
Yes. You can use our apps to personalise most of the templates.

CAN I BUY A PRINTABLE AS A GIFT?
Yes. We have a range of Amazon books that you buy as gift items.
ORDERS, PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Because all of our items are digital they cannot be returned therefore we do not offer a refund. However, if you have any issues at all with your items please contact us so that we can make it right.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Digital products cannot be returned. However, please get in touch if you want to make changes to your order we can help you.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay and all major credit and debit cards. The available payment options will be displayed at checkout.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?
British Pounds (GBP). Depending on your location and Shopify's available settings, you may also see prices displayed in your local currency.
HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
Just add it in the checkout. Some discounts are added automatically and some are not, so do check at the checkout.
I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE. WHAT CAN I DO?
Once a purchase has gone through we cannot retrospectively amend the discount. If you are having any issues applying a discount code just let us know and we’ll assist.
OTHER QUESTIONS
DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE OR BULK PURCHASE DISCOUNTS?
We don’t offer wholesale purchases at this time because our items are all digital. However we do offer several multi-buy discounts. Please check individual product pages for details.
HOW DO I BECOME A COLOR-IN WITH KAI AFFILIATE?
